RL Transmissions Second Generation
#2
I cant answer with technical knowledge only personal belief. I dont subscribe to the "flush" concept in any of the fluids on my car especially the transmission I subscribe to fluid exchange. I personally think a flush will do more harm than good, again I have no technical evidence to support my opinion just my gut. Now on radiator Ill let others respond with more experience there.

Look for older threads on the subject. But unless you can smell burning metal from your transmission, and it's oil is always cloudy..... you should never flush a transmission.
You can do a 3x3 change if you must, but if the oil is nor dark, and it's looking going, drain and fill is best.
Of course, it would help if you describe your situation and the car's profile; it would help to understand.
