Rear Head Rest

Some one rode in the back seat of the car and moved the rear head rest up. I can not figure out how to get it to go back down. No buttons to push, I have nothing left to imagine what it takes to put it back down. Any help is appreciated, as it is something I have over looked. It has to be something simple.

There's a button by the moonroof control that puts them down
