No Way would I consider the RL with Acura's Terrible Customer Service
AC Compressor broke this weekend. 39,000 miles and it is done!!! Acura says their compressors are on backlog and could be several weeks to get the car back.
called their 800 number and tell me they will call back in 3 business days.
For the price of their cars, Infiniti, Lexus etc offer much better customer service- this is the last Acura for me!!

Acura's customer service 1800 number is the same no matter what type of acura you have. Furthermore their policies are the same- loaners are not a given like Infiniti etc.... To spend this type of money and be given awful customer service is not good.

Yes, but we all know about the good and bad about acura. Your post has absolutely nothing to do with the RL, hence I said it should be only in the forum for your car. I don't have a problem with people complaining about ACS, it sucks, and I know it. Aside from that, all car mfgrs have some parts that are on back order. Our RX300 needed a part that was on back order for three weeks, big deal, live with it. Your car still drives doesn't it? If not, then ask for a loaner car.
