I'm not sure if they're the same, but if they are, do you guys realize the possibilities of comptech tl type-s superchargers being modified for placement on RLs!

That would be sick. I have been doing some early research and I think other things of the TL like the pro-cats might work on our RL's. Those give some impressive #'s also.

Really, after https://acurazine.com/forums/car-talk-5/my-sister-wrecked-my-tl-s-349263/ that happened, my dad just called me today to tell me my car wasn't ready yet and to ask if I wanted to take his RL in the meantime (he's financing his A8L, and doesn't put any miles on it, so he's taking the liberty to do nothing but drive that all the time).. And I was sitting here like, gosh, the RL is so heavy and overly refined for a young fella like myself... and then the lightbulb went on. J35+Comptech... here we come

Haha. Excellent! So how about someone with free long distance calls comptech to see when we'll start seeing parts for the new TL Type-S. Ha, ha ha, and they said they'd never mod RLs. They have no idea what they're getting into

I'll be happy with just an intake that actually adds power, thank you!

let's not forget Audi's Quattro and MB 4-Matic are more than able to support their V8 cars. So I am not sure if that's why Infiniti and Lexus don't offer AWD in their v8's.

Isn't that the biggest reason why Infiniti and Lexus don't offer AWD in their V8 models?

Doesn't BMW also just offer AWD in the V6 version?

I wouldn't mind a 6 speed....but in reality, we just may not need it....what we need is an ECU (call it A-spec ECU) giving us more torque low if possible......and an A-spec catback system.
IMHO of course.
