Need some help with picture of trunk lid

I had the trunk replaced on my RL a week ago, it all looks great but there seems to be a gap between the trunk lid and the rear fender. Can someone take a look at their car and see if the gap is the same or if I have a fitment problem.

I can tell you right now that you have a fitment problem, that's crap. Just look at the rest of your car gaps... Hood, doors, front fender, etc.

A "Seasoned body Tech., should be able to manipulate the deck height on that side, without too much difficulty. Did you install the lid, or was it professionally done?

Could also be the impact was also enough to tweak the hinges thereby allowing for the misalignment. If this was prepped and installed by a shop have them resolve it

That looks like the whole deck lid is raised... I agree with 08KBP_VA, it's possible the hinges got thrown off.
