Need Help--What controls 2005 RL AC Radiator Fan?

Lately, when the AC is turned on, the AC radiator fan on my 2005 RL has been cycling off and on. It will run at high speed for 15-20 seconds, the turns off for 20-30 seconds and repeats the cycle. I believe this continuous on-off cycling led to the bearing failure and vibration of the original fan motor. Last week, I replaced the bad motor but the on-off cycling still continues.

I don't believe this is normal operations and don't want to burn out the new motor.

I suspect there must be some other component or problem. Thank you in advance for your thoughts and recommendations.

Faulty relay? Probably in the under-the-hood fuse/relay box. Search "service manual" in the "search this forum" toolbar and use that.
