Navigation Update Changelog?

Navigation Update Changelog?
Looking around acura-navi site, the only "change log" i was able to find was the pdf linked from the bottom of the coverage area:

I've recently updated to 4.81 (from 4.13b) and have no idea really what's new, and that PDF doesn't seem to be very exhaustive as the most recent version listed is 4.73. Does anyone know what all has changed?

I don't follow, if you found the coverage area updates then that is whats new.

For a particular version number (like 3.30d), the map coverage typically remains the same during the entire model year. However, in some cases there may be minor software updates - in this case, the letter designation (like the "d" in 3.30d) will change. In this case, there are usually no changes to the map data on this DVD.
This is from a different Acura site:
v4.73A (old):
-Database: 4.73A
-Software: 1.82.01
v4.81A (new):
-Database: 4.81A
-Software: 1.90.01
Alpine has changed the database version from the date the map data was finalized (as it was on earlier versions) to just the update version.
The software update is obviously very minor. There are some different color change options for both the borders/windows in both day and night mode, and there are some daylight savings time options that are new as well.

I remember last year, Acura offered the latest version of the Navi software for $99 until 01/31/11, which I missed because I had the previous version update from '09 at the time and didn't think 1 year would make a difference.. Do they update software on an annual basis or randomly.. Do they usually have those $99 specials as well?? Thanks.
