I just discovered that my passenger side front HID light rotates when I turn my steering wheel even when I am parked. Is that normal? I thought the AFS, according to the manual, only works when I am above a certain speed. It can turn to both left and right depending on my steering wheel rotation...

Mine works only as advertised. However, when you first start the car up and the system initializes, the passenger side headlight will swing to the right and back to the straight ahead position.

Only the passenger side headlight will move while the car is stationary. It's detailed in the manual.
