Morpace/Acura Survey
I just filled out a survey for Acura. Morpace is the company that Acura hired to conduct it.
Below you'll see the text of the email.
The questions were quite good. Very relevant to making our RL a better product. Questions about Navigation, Acuralink, a product that sounds like LoJack, a product that sounds like OnStar, etc.
Anybody else receive this?
Acura is conducting an important marketing research study. You are
being contacted to share your opinions and experiences regarding the
features in your new Acura vehicle, as well as other features that may
become available on future Acura models. Your comments are vital in helping
Acura continue to develop products that go beyond expectations.
This survey runs from July 3 through July 8, 2007 and will take about
10-15 minutes to complete. Please respond within this timeframe.
Rest assured that this research study is being held exclusively to
obtain consumers' opinions of vehicles. Participants' personal information
is kept strictly confidential and is not used or released for any type
of direct sales, marketing or other purpose. Acura respects your
privacy. MORPACE, the company that is administering this survey on behalf
of Acura, adheres to the mandated CASRO Code of Standards and Ethics

I got that survey last fall, not long after I bought my RL. I am kinda surprised it has not changed.
If they really want current "Real Time" info, they need to be reading this board.
