Moonroof Visor
Just added the moonroof visor to my '05 RL after resisting for years. It's ugly, but it sure works. I found the moonroof virtually unusable before adding this accessory.

Did you get the OEM one? I have thought about adding one to my 2006 RL, but have resisted b/c of the $100+ price tag and thinking it's not totally necessary. I find it useful if you don't completely open the sunroof all the way... the wind is reduced a lot. Seems like the last 2-3 inches at the maximum opening point will really cause a big wind draft to the interior. The wind draft is my biggest issue.

I had an OEM visor on my '95 Legend, which lacked the built-in wind deflector (which was on my '88 Legend).
Being the anal car detailer that I was, I would take off the visor every year or so to wash under it and wax. I found that over time, the rubber grommet wore through. Even worse, it seemed to darken the paint and you could see the contact point where the rubber sat on the roof because the paint was raised slightly. So the grommet affected the paint color and finish.
The visor did minimize with wind roar on the Legend, but since the RL has a built-in deflector and I know about the long-term effect on the paint, I won't use a visor. If you plan to keep it on all the time, then it shouldn't be a bother. It didn't look too bad on the Legend, but I'd have to see one on an RL to decide if it looked right.
