Just did rotors and pads

Hey guys. If you are looking for an amazing brake kit for your car I want to let you know that I just installed the "Powerstop" full vented, slotted, and drilled rotor kit with their carbon fiber ceramic pads. The brakes are absolutely AMAZING and I can't begin to tell you how much better the car stops over OEM parts. I will put up pictures today later on, but it looks amazing as well as preforms beyond amazing. I got my kit from autoanything.com and they had free shipping and 25% off so i got everything to my door for 320$. Can't beat that.

I installed the Brakemotive drilled/slotted front's a couple weeks ago. They came with Powerstop Z17 ceramic pads. $105 delivered. I've had more expensive rotors and I have to say, after getting these rotors from Brakemotive, these may give them a run for their money. I took a chance with these but my experience has thus far has been good. Their construction looks as good as any others I've seen. The protective zinc coating is applied consistently throughout. Some of the cheaper rotors have the coatings applied unevenly, to the point it's not hard to see. I went through the pad seating process and for the first few days after that I could feel the pads continuing to bite in better and better. Very smooth too.

Now I'm wondering if Brakemotive is maybe a secondary company of Powerstop, without all the extra marketing and overhead. It's hard to tell just by looking, but the rotors look so similar. The slot and drill patterns match up close.

Assuming I don't have any problems with these over the next month or so I'll most likely get a pair of these for the rears also.

I did take a couple photos of the rotors before I put the wheels back on.
Again these are the Brakemotive rotors and (not seen) are the PowerStop Z17 ceramic pads.

(disregard crappy black ACURA lettering :-( Black paint bled through the tape edges. Going to redo the paint using the G2 caliper paint)
