Intentional restriction on certified models by Acura?

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but I was browsing on AutoTrader and could not find a single certified Acura TL model, or RL for that matter.
Only found were TSX models, some of the SUV models and that was it...

So looks like there is an intentional restriction happening to boost sales of TLX (TSX >< TL step-child) lol

I know there is something going around about a stop-sale on any model with the Takata airbag recall sitting on dealer lots. They have to be fixed before they can be sold at a dealer. Certified is a dealer thing, so I'm guessing that's why there are no certified ones as of right now since no parts are available. Silly Takata

EDIT: I'm guessing the same thing is happening with the TL's since it hit the 2009-2014 years. I do know there is some kind of an age restriction associated with certifying a car, hence why no older certified ones are popping up that AREN'T under the recall.
