How to tell if I have the A-Spec suspension or not?

Purchased a 2006 RL a week ago. It obviously has the A-Spec lip kit and wheels. What's the easiest way I can determine whether or not it has the A-Spec suspension too? I searched around a bunch and found nothing. Here's a pic in case anybody that's really familiar with these cars can tell just based on ride height.

A few more pictures from more angles would help. But since it looks like your car is the TECH model with CMBS, I would say it probably doesn't have it just because most people with the PAX tires originally (as part of the TECH pkg) end up depaxing with the A-Spec wheels, but most don't mess with the suspension because the TECH pkg cars have slightly different rear suspension components than the regular RLs.

Of course this is not to say that is always the case... it could be possible that they installed the A-Spec suspension anyways. Again, a few more pics from different angles would help. It drops the car like an inch, so it should be easy to tell with a few more pictures.

It doesn't look like it to me. Nice lip kit though!

So I got a part number off the LF strut, 51605-SJA-A520-M1. Searched the part number online and came up with nothing. If anybody could check their suspension, A-Spec or not, and let me know for sure if this is an A-Spec part number or not it would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the link to the ASpec suspension part numbers.

Doesn't look the same.

It does, however, look like the OEM part number.

I'm virtually certain that the car does not have the A-Spec suspension. I don't believe the A-Spec suspension can be installed on a CMBS/PAX RL. There was a thread here a few years back about it. I vagauely remember there's something different about the suspension on the CMBS/PAX cars that prevents it. Also, you'd want to be careful about lowering a CMBS/PAX car as it would affect the aiming of the radar system used by the adaptive cruise and CMBS systems.

FWIW, I had an 05 RL with the A-spec suspension and currently have an 06 CMBS/PAX RL. There's not a huge amount of difference in the ride between the two cars, though the 05 was noticeably more bone jarring when driving over rough roads.
