Not that I am aware of.
You can send reminders to yourself using the Calendar in the NAVI.
The messages for appointments are not sent by the dealer. They are sent from AcuraLink for appointments you made via Ownerlink. Ownerlink sends the appointment request to the dealer and stores a reminder to send you to the car based on the settings in your Owner Profile on OwnerLink (1 day before, 2 days before, etc). It can also be configured in your Owner Profile to email you.
My dealer has an Owner's Circle website which offered similar services, but it only sends emails, no AcuraLink Messages to the RL. It is pretty redundant to the Acura OwnerLink, and the dealer's web services are poorly maintained updated.
I have spoken to Acura CS about this redundancy and why they do not enforce Acura Dealers to utilize Ownerlink. Apparently there is motivation to standardize Acura OwnerLink across dealerships. So if your dealer does not integrate with Ownerlink, I'd give CS a call.
Why Acura offers a feature that delaers do not support is beyond me.
