Help and/or recommendation needed!

Earlier this week I get my windows tinted on my 05 RL. All is fine until today I notice the panel protecting my rear window brake light is awkwardly hanging. Now of course my initial reaction is that I plan on going back to the shop that did my tint and demand it fixed. My question is this. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Has anyone ever needed to replace this piece, if so, how much will it cost the tint shop to replace? Any leads on parts is greatly appreciated.

There's a place in CT called Tom's foreign. They sell a ton of used parts & they're also on Ebay good luck.

There are a couple of clips that hold it in place. Could be as simple as one of them moved out of place (mine did this once when I moved the cover to clean the window behind it...simple fix...just move it back) or is lost (also a simle fix but you need to get a clip).

I have taken mine off a couple of times for cleaning, usually the clips get a little out of place and require adjustment. Once I got the clips adjusted, all was good.

Take a look at THIS. 4 clips, not 2.

its no big deal. just spread the clip out so it snaps in with a snug fit. one you take it out and put it in it wont always fit right. mine hangs a little well then again i got a system so i didnt mind the small gap
