Hello this is to all the experts who installed their own front a spec lip. I will be taking in that task soon. I printed the PDF with the installation guide everything is clear except for one step. Do we actually have to CUT out original bumber around the fog light sections? Just a clarification.

YES you have to cut the bumper around the foglights otherwise it will push out towards the center grill i was very nervous about doing this as well. there are crosshairs (circle with a cross in the middle) in the back of the bumper that show u where to drill and cut per the directions. helps if you get some rubbing alcohol on a rag and wipe down the back side of the bumper around the foglight area and you will see them better. years of dirt and road grime build up on them.
