Back in 2011 I bought a '08 RL Tech CPO. I really liked the car but it was plagued with problems (propeller shaft, door handles, AFS, armrest leather, sunroof rattle, etc.). I thought Acura had lost its way and ventured into BMW and Lexus territory.

Recently I've been looking for a second car to serve as a stablemate for my '06 LS430. I remembered how much fun I had driving the RL, its conservative look, great sound system, etc. So the stars aligned for me because I found a '11 RL Advance with 61K at a local dealership. It's a cream puff. I called the servicing dealer and learned that every recommended service has been done. And the car has had no problems. Great! I'll add that I REALLY like the '11 refresh!

The car hit the lot in mid-Oct.; the initial asking price was $22.5K. I noticed last week that the asking price had been reduced to just under $21.5K. So I made my move!
