fyi, don't use fix-a-flat tire products!

i'm sure it may have been covered before, although i had not seen it. for those not aware, do not use fix-a-flat tire products on your rl. i had a slow leak in my front left and would get the warning about low pressure and would stop by the station to add air. got tired of that so i bought fix-a-flat tire product. it worked great at stopping the leak, but the bad part is, it coated the TPMS sensor for that tire and now i get a system warning to check the TPMS system.

i stopped by acura and they mentioned this happens often and only fix is to replace the sensor ($40) and tire. the tires are really new so i'm stuck with this message for a while until it's time for new tires. live and learn

Don't use fix-a-flat, period. Just change the tire, and if it's repairable, have it professionally patched (not plugged...) from the inside.
