And all this because some people don't like bits of plastic stuck on their cars?

A lot of people post pics of mods, changes and add-ons and they get warm and fuzzy when someone else likes it but really get bent out of shape if someone does not like it.

If you post something on a site as popular as this one which is inhabited with enthusiasts then you should expect people to like and dislike but judging them for it is no cause for animosity, defensive responses or insulting posts. Respect other opinions but you don't have to like them.

db22 - Aren't you taking this a little too personally? You've posted your opinion and no one said anything negative about your thought on the lip. I simply stated you should be banned for saying Pontiac on this forum. In case you didn't catch it. I was joking with you. 007spy and Heavy_RL put gas in your Pontiac Formula 400 Ram-Air and you rode with it, turned left on red and ran into oncoming traffic. It was a joke.....relax man. Really.....relax. We are all here because we are enthusiasts but no one has been judged for their opinions. At least in this thread. One last thing. If you take offense to someone saying kid then you should know it wasn't intended to be disrespectful. It is a colloquialism used in the north east. Mind you....it has not been used disrespectfully.

I actually wasn't offended and calling me a kid is ok too. This thread is one of many where I have posted and created controversy I just wanted civility and a quality discussion. I also think that numerous members know my postings and realize that I do tend to create a stir with a curious mixture of wit, controversy, information and thought.
I just did it again but I may need to remind people of my intentions.

I am looking to get the A spec kit. I do agree that it looks better on a lighter color, especially white. It the rear looks the same to me but I think the black out bottom is suppose to make it stand out that it is an A-spec rear, every little thing does count, even if it's a small curve on a side. But this is also a concern of if it's worth it or not for the money, this really depends on each person. For me, I don't feel right using just the front piece and not the side and rear. You know you always get those people asking you why you didn't go with the full kit? or maybe too poor or whatever, I just don't want to deal with that so I am going full kit, it does look good.
