feel like car idle is too loud

wats up, The car does not show any codes or anything, but i feel like the car is idling loudly..... recently changed trans, oil, and diff fluid, what are some other small things that may cause the car to run loud.... it is not just me, because I know the car never ran this loud before......my first thought was the cold weather maybe but I want to try and nip this "problem" in the bud

I've seen cars idle "rough" but never "loud." Could it be a problem with the ANC system or the exhaust?

i know what youre talking about. it may seem a lil rough first start up but smoothes itself out after the car warms up. Just check the oil to be on the safe side. cold starts i do see that it tends to take a bit for the motor to quite down after oil pressure is up

Is it engine sound inside or outside of the car? If inside, I agree with lland that maybe your ANC is not working correctly.

If it is outside of the car, it might be a vacuum or exhaust leak?

If it is a rough idle, it may be the ULEV systems working to keep emissions down until ultimate operating temperature and emissions are met.

it's not that noticeable inside the car only when I am really trying to listen for it.... that isn't my main concern though I am more worried about the low rpm vibration off the pedal, like I said before it is slight but I can notice it... I just want to catch whatever it is early.......I am going to take a shot with the dealer, but we all know how that goes.......if they are no help ill drop by my mechanic who is a honda/acura specialist so I am sure he could point me in the right direction but I want to try and take advantage of the last few miles of the warranty

Tampa you are the RL guru so you have to help me out haha

Is the AC ON or on AUTO? If it is, try manually turning off the AC to see if that isolates the noise and vibration further.

Vibration in the pedal would make me even consider a cracked motor mount, but I cannot see how that would cause the idle noise to be louder.
