driver's side outside mirror

I noticed yesterday while washing the car the housing that covers the outside mirror has popped off along the seam along the top of the mirror. As you are looking at the mirror from the inside I can see how the edge has raised. The front trim piece that surrounds the mirror is OK - it's the piece that covers the top/back of the mirror that has deformed. Hopefully warranty will cover this repair - purely cosmetic but I guess water could leak in there and short out the morror motors. Can anyone with a Helms manual please look and see how to remove/reseat the mirror housing cover.

Take it back to the dealer for warranty work.

Dealer replaced entire mirror instead of trying to fix. It seems to me it could have been reseated - how does one replace bulb in mirror turn signal?
