Cold Air Intakes

What company makes them for the RL? I couldn't find any. I would prefer one from Injen if available. Seems like a lot of members went the custom route on building their own.

Will any of the TL(3rd gen) intakes will fit on our cars? I drive an 05 RL

I thought it was only the TL-S 3.5L that would fit. The TL is a 3.2L.

Custom route is the best way, but honestly, the RL intake is very good. Looks and sound are about all you will add.

I think there was some piece of plastic we could cut out of our glovebox to increase airflow, I am going to look inside mine today and see whats in there.

Not the glovebox - I'm pretty sure it was the air cleaner box...

Ha I feel stupid. I don't know why I said glovebox has absolutely nothing to do with the intake system. but yeah what you said air cleaner box or the filter box whatever

You are thinking of the cabin air filter.

Supposedly there is a resonator in the stock setup that may be restricting some flow, but mostly it just makes it quieter.

K&N Cold Air Intake for 2004-2008 Acura TL 3.2 is a direct fit. Its a 2 piece, so i use it as a short ram, but if i wanted to i can add the second piece and make it cold air if i want.
