CEL VS Message Screen

CEL VS Message Screen
Afternoon All!
New RL owner here (long time Acura guy). I like to think that I am somewhat mechanically inclined but I have a silly question of which I hope that you all can answer.
The vehicle has no error/malfunction lights on the dashboard- no CEL/ No Adaptive Light/ No SH-AWD malfunction... Nothing. All is well and the car runs great. SH AWD display shows the power going to individual wheels as it should.
Under diagnostic information (on the Nav system) there are 'errors' such as Check Engine Lights/low voltage/AWD malfunction/e.t.c. dating back to 2009 (sheesh). Is this "message screen" a rolling list of errors that has not been deleted? I found the instructions below of which show the process to delete. I am freaking out that I bought a bad car now with a ton of ghost codes.
To delete the keyless access warning message, press the CANCEL, MAP/GUIDE and MENU buttons simultaneously. Select XM/HIP, select XM (HIP) ECU, select Diagnostic Info, select the message, select delete, and select yes.
Any insight?

Yea... its a rolling history, but some of that chit are soft codes that may not have been anything.
I'll say that when you start dating a girl... do yourself a favor and dont start asking about her past. LoL
