I find the interior accent lighting or whatever you call it on my 06 (soft glow at night on the floor and over the center console/armrest area, etc) is a bit too dim. Are there any somewhat brighter replacement bulbs available?

 

They are blue LEDs. This is the first time I have heard that anyone wants them brighter, so I do not believe there is a solution on this forum, but have you searched?

 

What got me thinking about this is the accent lights in my friend's Lexus GS are quite a bit brighter. With the RL, I find unless you are in a VERY dark place (out in the country) it's quite hard to notice the accent lighting.

 

If you are looking for something on the floor etc get a cheap HF LED flashlight for $3 and keep it where you can grab it. If you want attention try a pair of Elton John glasses with flashing strobes.
