Hello, I used to drive a German mid-size same year (2005) until I changed into the RL of the same year and everything exceeded the old one but the only thing it's lacking is a backup sensor.

I think they only started implementing the sensor on 2006 models, so is it even possible for me to purchase the OEM ones and just add them onto my 2005?

Is there a thread somewhere within this community introducing this?

Hey 007spy, thanks for the reply. You're right that I didn't mention anything about a backup camera in the OP because I dunno whether I needed a camera or just the sensors at this point...

Another question, I am from Toronto, Canada. The link you provided is good for people in the States right?

The first link is to the Curra Acura Parts webpage. The department is manned by Tim who is a member/vendor here, oemacurapartstim. PM him with questions about parts.

The second link is just a general installation guide. It should be fine for all RL models.

I don't know if that answers your question.

It appears the second link you provided is only for people with an active payment account. Perhaps you got another method to share this information? Thanks

That's strange. Google "Acura accessory installation", and there should be a good number of links with them for all models.
