Hi.

I wrote a letter to Acura saying:

1. Great service/buy at my dealer.
2. Lousy iPod software/interface.
3. The stock steering wheel is not sporty enough and the wood wheel is more lux than sport.

I got a phone call from Acura HQ.

Thanks you on #1.

We know on #2.

You are the first person to discuss #3 ever.

I said just call it an A-spec steering wheel and make it at least as cool as the one going in the new TL Type-S.

The guy who called was super nice, said he raced the cars...., and between the lines agreed.
