AC motor & transistor - part numbers PLEASE ??

So my AC went out completely, as in doesnt turn on at all. I took it into the stealership this morning and $120 and 10 minutes later they tell me i need a new motor & transistor. And it will be $700 i said slap the car back together and give me a copy of the estimate and ill come back with the money. All i wanted was the part numbers off the estimate so i could order the parts and they didnt provide part numbers as they re wrote up the estimate without them. Does anybody have these part numbers please, and or favor a specific parts house for any particular reason? I need to get this fixed asap as i live in vegas and its starting to get hot fast. Thanks in advance for the help.

You do not mention what year your RL is. I will assume it is a 2005, as that model year did have some AC issues.

If by motor you mean compressor....

38810-RJA-A01 COMPRESSOR 1 2005 RL 616.41 (online vendor price)

And if by transistor you mean stator....

38924-RJA-A01 STATOR SET 1 2005 RL 84.96 (online vendor price)

Do a search, some here who had 05 AC failures did not have the compressor replaced, but just the stator.

Thank you for the reply, believe it or not i actually did research the issue but havent seen it much in the RL as it seems to be more common in the TL, Ridgeline, and MDX. And the items i needed was the blower motor and transistor which are here
click for link
click for link here too

And part numbers
79310-SJA-A01 MOTOR ASSY., FAN
79330-SJK-941 TRANSISTOR, POWER

I understand the stator set issue with the blowing cold then goes to warm air issue, but mine did something different as it just QUIT period and stopped blowing anything at all. If anybody is reading this and has had this happen to you the part numbers are above, in most cases it will be the transistor ONLY and is two screws and a $50 fix... but in other cases the fan will go out also. I removed mine today after the stealership said mine was bad. I benched it and it works fine (ill be writing this up on the crooks in another thread)... so in most cases people save yourself the money bench your fan if it works, and if your relay and fuse are all good then its most likely the transistor.

Thanks again anyway for the post as anything is helpful...!

I have an AC problem on a 2003 TL. Blower motor pulled and tested o.k. I don't have any voltage going to the motor. Fuses are o.k. and relay "clicks" when tested.

My understanding that the transistor will open all the way when failed. In other words the fan speed control will not work, but the blower will run wide open.

I don't have any voltage coming into the transistor/fan controller. I think I'm going to straight-run a wire with an inline fuse to the battery.
