Pardon me if I cannot find and existing thread - I tried. Suggestions for aftermarket seat covers for 05 RL. Like most of you both with this age model, front seat bases and front faces cracked and disintegrating. I've already replaced the center console, front arm rests and glove box cover with new material better than original. Backseats still look new. Anyone able to suggest a good aftermarket source? Yes I've looked into OEM replacement part covers $400+. Selling car soon and want seat covers that " cover" not simply lay on top. Leather not important but would like synthetic leather or vinyl. Trying to match black leather. Thanks in advance. Cheers!!

Checked a few sources and, I imagine like you, saw nothing. You've got two things working against you: It's a car with standard leather, so there's not much market for leather or leatherette aftermarket seat cover makers to reach, and it was a very slow-selling car discontinued 8-9 years ago, so there's even less.

For quality pieces, I think your best shot is a local upholstery shop. Certainly nothing you do will be cheap, and the car may be low enough in value that you wouldn't get back your investment, alas.

If it's so trashed that anything would be an improvement, here's vinyl for $200.

I am in the same boat, have a hole in the passenger seat cushion part and oem acura cover is $750! Trying to find a used seat on carparts.com or junkyard is a roll of dice.

I had mine front seats and centre console reupholsterd by a shop in Toronto, i think i paid like 400-500 Cad$ but could be more.
