06 RL - Metallic vibrating noise at 1.5k-2k RPM

My 2006 RL makes a very loud/concerning metallic vibrating noise at specially 1.5k-2k RPM.

When I accelerate slowly between those RPMs, something is vibrated loudly. If I leave my foot on the gas peddle and drive at those RPMs, the sound is consistent. From the cabin, it sounds like the front right side of the car is making the noise. However, from the outside, it sound seems to come from the underside. Even when I do not accelerate and the engine's RPM decrease from 2k to 1.5K, this loud noise occurs.

I recently had 2 heat shields replaced under the car that were loose/broken off. Both caused significantly louder versions of what I am hearing now. However, I can not believe that this is another heat shield issue. Are there even three heat shields/catalytic converters under the car?

Any idea what it could be? I have yet to change the timing belt or have gotten the 105,000 mile check-up yet. The car has 110,000 miles on it. Could this be a transmission issue?

This car has heat shields for daaayyyssss…

There's a set of shields on each cat, on the j-pipe & farther down the exhaust..

I've already ripped the ones off of the j-pipe that came loose, soo damn annoying…

Have you checked to see if it is coming from the belt side of the engine? You might have a bearing going out. The power belt tensioner I have seen go out between 60K-100K miles.
