Help me decide between these 2 wheels

The vehicle is white, the wheels are both "Titanium" color. I am stuck!!

By the way, one of them has a center bore of only 66 mm...does anyone have any experience with hub-centric rings that are that thin?

and by the way thoiboi I now agree that hub centric is the only way to go..opens up your options for rim choices and peace of mind with regard to potential vibration...say hi to Betty, ask her to send Valerie my way.

let me re-phrase that, with the use of rings, hub centric gives you almost the same choice of wheels as lug-centric. Needfull? I dunno....more like need empty

I like the first one (almost bought a similar set in gloss bronze) but the second set with the 35mm offset will look more "flush" with the sides of the body.

Look at the Verde Axis on the 1010 tires site.

Taste is subjective, but I have to be honest when I say neither...The first one looks nice but the spokes are too thin and the second one looks a bit too busy to me.

If you are set on both, I would say option number 1. Regardless, share pics because no matter what you do, you cannot possibly do worse than the factory wheels.

Ya, the factory wheels are going to be my winter wheels. I think they are "just OK'...but not ugly, IMO....

I checked out the Axis..nice...but I think the spokes are a bit too skinny for my liking and yes I absolutely want to get the wheels a bit farther outwards. Maybe to where the tire tread is about 1/2 inch inside the upper part of the arch so stones and road debris don't hit the painted lip of the wheel well at the top. Moving the wheel outwards is even more important to me than filling out the wheel wells a bit more, which I'd like to do but I am undecided on right now, not sure if I am willing to trade off on the readout error for the speedo and mileage.
And I want to avoid the boy racer look that radical wheels will give, since this is, after all, supposed to be a luxury vehicle, not a race car. I'm trying to blend class with avant-garde styling.
A board member here posted these pixx awhile ago, I don't think he is on here anymore, these pixx are what got me thinking about upgrading away from the OEM rims.
But I'm not to sure about 20" rims and a 40 ratio.

Quote: Volk racing G25 prism 20x9.5 +40 fronts and 20X10 + 30 rears wrapped in Continental DWS06 275/40 r20.

Check out my thread. I have those exact wheels on my other car (different width and offsets though) and I love them but the cost 4x as much as my Oversteer...

Update,....so I decided to stick with 18" x 8 wheels with a 35 mm offset , and go to a 245 60 series tire all the way around ...the reasons behind this decision are way too numerous to go into detail here...and I will be adding a simple spacer to the rear wheels to bring them outwards a bit to match the setback of the fronts with regard to distance from fender lip. Since I am now putting myself on a budget, I am going through Kijiji to see what kind of deals I can find on wheels. Here are 2 which I think will look good .....I am having a really hard time deciding between a shiny silver wheel or a titanium or combo of the 2. But love the concave style ...truly dont want the spokes coming off the edge of the rim and curving outwards beyond the edge...YUK...which is why I eliminated the one shown in the last pic, otherwise I liked it.
Obviously I have zeroed in on spoke number.
Looking for feedback!

I have looked at so many wheels over the last 4 days my eyes are like spinning lollipops.

Since I want to use a different offset on the rear (I might investigate my options by just going with a wider wheel and tire on the rear) it really limits my choice.
Most wheels only come with one offset.
These Ruffino wheels don't. They are available with either a 35 or 45 mm offset so at the moment these are contenders, just waiting for pricing.

Nice wheel. You would just have to make sure that you put the lower offset ones in the back and the higher ones in the front.
