Vent problem 2013 RDX (power transistor)

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my 2013 RDX. When I turn ignition ON, ventiation blower motor starts working at full speed. When I decelerate it on the ac panel it still blows at full speed. If I push turn off buton it still works at full speed. It goes of only when I turn off the ignition. AC works ok. Probably there is a problem with heater blower resistor (power transistor 79330-TR0-A01). Anybody had similiar problem? Where that resistor is located?

Thanks for help!
