Dealer had to turn (lathe) all 4 rotors due to an increasing vibration while applying brakes. Car has 30,000 KM's on it.
The problem is not due to heavy use or misuse of braking.... my habits involve gearing down on hills and slowing down well before an intersection (really pisses off drivers behind me). My Dodge truck has 350,000 KM's on it and am still on the original rotors without ever having to have them lathed.
I had this very same problem on a 2003 TL, only it started with fewer KM's/Miles on the odometer. I had to have the rotors turned every 20,000 KM's.
Once off of warranty, I replaced the rotors and pads with better ones and had no further issues.
It seems that Acura still uses cheap steel for their rotors......

IMO: Installed OEM rotors and pads on my 03 TLS, at 200K, 241K now. Front rotors trued THREE times SINCE, and beginning to pulsate again. THESE OEM ROTORS ARE JUNK! Thankfully, very little (meat) had to be removed, each time, BUT STILL!!! I know, rotor service is directly proportional to usage, I'm old, and I drive very, very conservatively. This level of service, is certainly not what I would expect from HONDA!

Same crap with my wife's 14 MDX. Constant refacing of rotors, and it's getting old. Garbage! I think they are undersized for the job.

It might be the OEM pads compared to the OEM rotors. A lot of folks reduced and sometimes eliminating the brake vibration issue with aftermarket pads. The vibration is coming from uneven distribution of OEM pad materials along the rotors creating Hi/Low spots that feel exactly like warped rotors when applying the brakes. Depending on how you drive, it can come back after 15,000-75,000 miles later. It hits me about every 60K-75K with my type of driving and I didn't worry too much about it (a lot of hwy at 10K-20K per year).

Aftermarket pad and rotors is the 100% solution with aftermarket pads being the 85%-95% solution. The only issue is you might be trading one issue for another with aftermarket with noise, brake dust, rotor wear, or changing pads more often depending on type.

its their policy to turn first, bring them back within 5-7 thousand miles and they will replace them (they wont turn twice)

Just swap the pads for Akebono ceramic. Have used on several Honda and Acura vehicles and never had problems. Takes about 15 minutes per wheel to change.
