2013 RDX Front Passenger Squeak Rattle Resolved
Hello All,
After about 3 years of bearing this squeaky rattle, I had some free time this AM and woke up early to search for forums that may have some info. I didn't find any specific solutions, but got enough leads here that I dove in in earnest. At any rate I got it fixed and wanted to share back the findings and solution. After pushing on all the recommended parts to find the squeak, I discovered that a plastic piece just behind the passenger front fender just under the A pillar had become unhooked. Moving it around generated the squeaky rattle. I hosed it down with silicone oil and was able to get a screwdriver into the hole and pull the hook back into it's locked position...rattle gone!
Dislodged hook was reinstalled to eliminate squeak beneath passenger A pillar.
