Port/Gasket Matching on IM, Spacer and TB?

Getting ready to install the 3.7 IM & TB, MDX spacer and P2R spacer. Now I'm wondering if port matching all of this first would make a significant difference in gains and fuel economy.

I can see the inlet of the intake is quite a bit smaller than the throttle body and P2R spacer:

Downstream, the intake is ~2mm smaller than the MDX spacer, which is ~2mm smaller than the P2R thermal gasket. (not sure how the runners compare yet since I haven't removed the stock IM yet):

Any thoughts on whether it would be worthwhile to first get everything (including the runners) ported, polished and matched?

So I did some research on this and long story short, not matching the ports on the IM, spacer and runners is the way to go.
