Coolant type

exactly what type of coolant is used for a 2011 Acura RDX and where can i get it other than a Acura dealer. I am trying to save a bit of $ here and dont wanna shell out the $130+ the dealer wants to flush the system and change the coolant out. Thanks, Matt
