Are brakes on AWD and RWD different?

I will be purchasing brake pads and rotors for my 2013 acura rdx awd tech but confused with their sizes. Some websites (e.g. amazon) for rear brakes say FWD only, which means that AWD and FWD brake pads and rotors are different. On most of the websites, I don't have choice of FWD or AWD. Can you explain the difference in brakes for these two or refer me to somewhere I could find this info. Thanks

From Rockauto and Advance Auto Parts websites, I see no difference in AWD and FWD cars.
Only one set of part numbers for front and one set for the rear.

Good to know. Do I just go to Acura and show this Bulletin and request replacing the brakes? They are vibrating.

Hey, I went to the dealership and showed the american TSB for which they said there is a similar Canadian TSB and they will replace rotrs and pads for free. Your advice just saved me $550. Thanks a lot!!!

Or you could have my experience. I do not have warped rotors, but they do make noise as explained in the TSB. I printed it out and took the car in at 9k asking for the TSB to be done. I was told they looked the car over and found no issues with the brakes. No dice.

Told my Service Manager at my Acura Dealer the same thing about the TSB and he said even warped rotors won't necessarily qualify me for the free replacement. He's kind of a jackass and I don't feel like dealing with him on this. So, I am going to do them myself with upgraded rotors. Honda rotors suck. They have warped on every Honda I've had. I replaced all of them and never have problems with the upgraded aftermarket rotors.

I also don't want to leave my car with him it falls under the recall for the airbag and the parts are not in yet. So, I would be stuck with a loaner but I would rather have my car. If I die from the airbag, my wife will be rich from the lawsuit and my life insurance.
