Hi. I have replaced the Tailgate switch and my struts, but when i touch the tailgate switch it unlocks the hatch and releases it, but does not lift the tailgate. The tailgate lift feature works when i use the fob and when i push the button in the car. I have checked the settings as well and it is set to open regardless of when the doors are locked or unlocked. I have also checked the Power Tailgate Close fuse and it is fine.

Any ideas?
