Phone hangup not working.

I found a phone hangup problem where it is not working even though the call is disconnected on the phone. I tried all possible ways to hangup(steering, control knob and voice command) but none works.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Mine seems to work fine. I have a Nokia Windows phone. What kind of phone do you have? Sometimes un-pairing and re-pairing a phone fixes stupid stuff like that.
