Good morning all,

With iPhone 6 IOS 8 the sound audio is terrible. When making call the ringing sound is crackling and the audio that is coming from the other party is also crackling. The system work fine with my old iPhone 4 IOS 7. Anyone with the same issue? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry I forgot to mention the vehicle. It is 2013 RDX AWD Tech.

I had this happening to my phone (5 with iOS 8.0.0 installed) once. Turning off the audio and turning it back on cleared it. Don't know what happened.

Try this, shut off the car, reboot phone. When phone is up running, start the car and see if it goes away.

No issues here. It actually sounds better if anything.

Same issue for me. IOS 8, iPhone 6, 2013 RDX with Tech. While I was driving yesterday, my daughter tried turning off the bluetooth on the phone. She made a test call and sound was crystal clear. Issue was not with the poor cell signal but something to do with hands free BT connection. I'm pretty sure I had the same issue when using a Bluetooth headset while in the car with HF still connected. My wife has my iPhone 5S with iOS 8. I'll do some testing today to see if I can track down more specifics and possibly a solution.

iPhone 6 with 8.0 and 8.02 and both worked fine.
2014 RDX tech updated with siri eyes free..

6+ here (8.0 - not updrading to 8.0.2 yet) .... no issues. Sometimes when connected to USB (as an iPod) it can get confused, unplug-replug fixes it.

I have a 2006 Acura RL / with Tech Pak. I cannot pair my new Apple Iphone 6. It keeps searching but no luck. I cleared all the previous phones from the HFL list.
