After market Navigation for RDX 2013

I just bought a RDX 2013 and this is my first ever Acura. Just loving it.
It is a base model that just came with a backup camera. Is it possible to add a after market navigation or factory navigation to this? I'm not really sure if I can ever add it, but just wanted to check with the experts here.
Thanks for your help.

With enough money anything is possible. That said, why would you want to chop into a new vehicle's wiring harness to achieve a hack? The best way to get factory nav and maintain a warranty is trade your base RDX for a tech model.

I also bought a base RDX AWD. I use my android phone and the hands free link for nav. All the directions are called out over bluetooth and played over the vehicles speakers. Works great, cost nothing, and the maps are up to date all the time. I don't have the giant screen, but that's an advantage from my point of view...I find it distracting. The screen in mine is turned off, it only displays time and compass unless I interact with the radio or phone.

Thanks for the response. I can use my Galaxy Note2 for nav, but I might have to do something about by 200mb data plan.

Just buy a garmin nuvi. With a garmin you can take it anywhere, in any car.

Or, trade in for a tech.

i know there is an aftermarket in dash unit that just came out on the market for the CRV. it costs in upwards of $1500 with install. for that amount of money i would just get the tech pkg and have it as a factory unit.

it sounds odd, but i know someone who just bought a CRV, BUT the combo they wanted was to have cloth seats with the nav (that pkg combo does not exist from the factory). so the dealer solution was to have an aftermarket in dash unit installed if that is what they wanted. the aftermarket unit looks very similar to the factory unit when it sits in the car. only a trained eye would know it's not foctory, while most other people wouldn't know one way or the other.

your other options would be the ones already suggested if an aftermarket unit is not available for the RDX (i wouldn't think there is one, since the car isn't really geared to the mainstream market, hence not really a need for one).
