Acura RDX goes into Transfer Mode when Making Phone Call
I have an Acura 2018 RDX, when i attempt to make a phone call using the car's phone system, sometimes it gets stuck in TRANSFER mode and will not allow the call to be transferred from the phone to the car. The controls on the car also do not work. I am using an iPhone 5. Any suggestions?

This just happened to me on my new 2018! The service manager, tried a few things which didn't work, but then suggested that we reboot my phone (iPhone 4s). That took care of the problem.
