“Unable To Upload Phone Book”
This is the message every time I start the car. I must have done something but I don’t think so. It worked before. 2017 RDX Advance, iPhone 8 Plus with the latest updates.. Also I have Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids so I can control them from my phone, but this wasn’t a problem before. I have checked the Settings and all seems normal. The phone is paired, Bluetooth is on.
Ideas?

See This Thread. The problem is the most recent firmware update to your phone. It seems the vast majority of issues involving phones not linking or transferring data to vehicles involve Apple products these days, it isn't just Acura.
I realize this is heresy to diehard apple fans but if the issue isn't resolved consider moving to an Android powered phone. They just appear to link and work without a lot of fuss.
Cheers!

After one of the recent Apple iOS upgrades on my iPhone 8+ I lost the ability to completely upload my contacts in our 2016 RDX. Just a few of the 750+ remain. I am now on iOS 11.2.6. It had been working fine for 2+ years. It still works on my wife's iPhone 6 with an older iOS.
Only work around I have found is to use the Hey Siri function and the phone will then dial any person that you tell it to handsfree. I have tried deleting and re installing the iPhone 8+ to no avail.
