Hi,
is anyone made the switch from delivered to LED bulb replacements for the interior light bulbs? I see a lot of info on other mothers like TSX but not much of anything for 2013 RDX. Does anyone have what to order and where.

It seems like the front int lights are already led but not the rear.

 

That would be very nice. I don't like the different color of the light coming from the back dome light as compared to the front lights. Not that there is any problem with it per say, but why two types? Acura really made some strange decisions on this car!

Thought I would bump this to see if anyone had any updated answers for the OP's original question.

 

I did a few of my interior lights, not all tho.
Here's what I know:
Center dome light: 31mm bulb - replace with a festoon style LED
Front door lights: 192 bulbs - replace with a 360deg LED keep the bulb 28mm or shorter
Tail gate: 192 bulbs - replace with a flank style LED, the brighter the better, you've got room here, so long and wide bulbs work (I got one that looks like a pingpong bat)
Lic plate: 192 bulbs - replace with a flank style LED but keep it 28mm or shorter
Visor lights: regular vanity bulbs, dunno the model/type, but just search eBay for LED vanity lights and they work
The ones I got are too bright so I kinda angled them inward.
Reverse lights: 921 bulbs. Got mine from v-leds 8W 19LED. Don't go for the cree stuff, their beams are too narrow.

5K bulbs only for the lic plate and reverse. All interior bulbs with warm white LED, but I admit the warm white is too warm and doesn't match the front stock LED lights which I think are perfect color (around 3500K)

(blue, retain nite vis) on my CRV. Did any of your bulb replacements cause you to change resistors etc. due to load changes?

I would like to match the map lights color inside the my 2016 RDX with some LED bulbs.

Anybody did it recently?

 

You can't theyre attached to the board, Im still working on this, have been trying different Vinyl to match the other Led's in the rest of the car, so far no luck

 

I bought vleds 194 5k 360 degrees for the door lights and they look amazing.
I will post pictures later as soon as I install the trunk vleds (194 flank 5k)

 

Please do. I'd like to see how it looks. Been wanting to do the same.
