Has anybody ever had any experience of replacing the stock amp to an aftermarket amp? Please and Thank you!

I think it’s possible, you just have to completely get rid of the active noise cancellation system, and Mitchel Prodemant doesn’t sign the speaker channels, so if the signal is analog (from the unit to the amplifier), then you have to get the pins one at a time, if digital, then this is a big problem.

I am working on adding an aftermarket amp to piggy back off off the factory amp. If it all works out, I plan on putting up a write up.

You can use a line in/out converter to bypass factory amp

To be specific, an active line out converter. Plain old passive converters will not work.
