Purge Control Solenoid Valve
36162-RMX-A01

Anyone have experience replacing this part?

Can it cause engine stall at red light/stop signs/low speed and rpm randomly jump high on its own?

My 2013 Acura RDX keep stalling at low speed or at zero speed in drive, plus rpm jumps on its own. I replaced already most of intake components (new throttle body, new idle sensor, new maf sensor), inspected for vacuum leaks, put new spark plugs, inspected coils no cracks. But engine keep stalling at red lights or in traffic. And no codes. Alternator replaced a month ago. Filters are new.

Tomorrow I will drive to a friend mechanic to check fuel pressure. I have left few options left like fuel pump, fuel injectors, maybe this purge canister valve… I am trying to figure out what can cause rpm jump high on its own and same time engine stall at low speed…

But as for now anyone had expierence with this Purge Control Solenoid Valve ? What were your symptoms when it went bed?
