New 2016 headlights

These look so cool. Anyone know about retrofitting them to a 2013? If it matters, I have the tech version with HID/Xenon whatever they are lights. Is it plug and play or are the electronics/voltage requirement different? And what about the cost? Might be able to offset the cost by selling my current lights.
Thanks,
Mike Todd

Your best bet is to sell the car and get a late model.

I think the headlights on the 2015 and 2016 are different in terms of shape.

It would involve rewiring and recoding modules. On top of that each headlamp costs $932.
Not worth it.

Just trade-in the 2013 for a 2016

I can understand someone with a base RDX wanting to switch to LED versions. But you already have Xenon lights. Is it really that much of an upgrade even if you manage to retrofit them. To each their own. If it's the high beam that bothers you then stick some extra bright halogens in them. I concur with all the other replies. Good luck.
