Lifetime average MPG
Hi,
I would like to know the overall average MPG for the lifetime of my RDX, but this does not seem to be available. The controls allow me to see the mileage for Trip A, Trip B, and overall (odometer) by toggling between the three. So why shouldn't we be able to toggle between the average MPG for all three when the MPG screen is showing? As it is, I reset Trip B when I bought the car, so that shows the average MPG since I have had the RDX, but that takes away one of the two Trip meters. I would like to reset Trip A every time I fill up with gas and reset Trip B at the end of a long trip (which involves many gas fill-ups), and still be able to keep track of the total average MPG since I got the car. Am I missing something? It seems like this would have been easy to do.

You can play with the mid settings so that one of the trip logs never resets.
I recommend getting a fuelly account or start a spreadsheet.

They keep track of "miles driven" for all three (Trip A, Trip B, and Odometer), and allow us to toggle between all three, so why not keep track of "average mpg" and "average mph" and "time driving" for all three?
It's not that big of a deal, but it's a minor thing that I'd like to see implemented and it seems like all the pieces are there.

It probably would hurt resale to have that feature. Imagine looking at a car with relatively low mpg, high driving time, and high average speed.
