custom wood dash

it was a total pain the company in ca. was so slow to process the order then the lost my package for 4 days before a manager got involved & found it. only a few speak English out their so its hard to explain things to them. but I finaly got my parts back from being hydrotransfered. looks so much better than the flat stick on dash kits they sell.also got my cooled & heated seats all done with the new switches in the factory location

i think, from the 3 snaps, that the workmanship and finish is top notch. How might others obtain, and at what cost? Did you install, and if so how hard?

I must be totally honest by saying that I never was a fan of the wood finish but for wood, this looks good and they did a good job of it.

Looks great! All you need now is wood grained shifter and steering wheel.

the company was b&i trim that did the coating the center consol ps is the hardest to get off you have 2 screws in the front of the shift knob then pop the plastic up un plug the heated seat switches & the shift indicator has a plug. the sliding door & cup holders have Philips screws holding them on & the chrome just un snaps. send to b&i pick a color & wait..... cost was $490+ shipping I did over night both ways for $90.

yes they have 3 carbon fiber colors, solid black & about 10 wood grain colors. you will need to set up a business account with them before they deal with you. they can mail you samples for $6. recomended

its not wood or vinyl. it is like thin tissue paper that floats in water you then spray a activator on it in the water & it gets like oil floating on water you drop the part in to the water & it conforms around every curve. pull the part out & it is stuck to it. let it dry then they clear coat it like the paint job on your car. you can do round objects like a ball with no wrinkles or seams.
