The $158,000 Blown Engine Acura NSX TikTok Dilemma
Should Acura cover the warranty claim for this NSX?

IMHO, had the SpeedVegas owners mechanics found and exposed the in-car Acura Tech test drive videos promptly BEFORE the subsequent eventual engine grenading, they would be in a stronger position, warranty claim wise, even in light of the nature of their supercar experience business.
However, though, given the NSX's supercar status, one should not expect their personal car to be abused, on public roads, like that by any Acura service Tech when brought to the dealer.
I ALWAYS write 'Absolutely NO test drives without the owner present!' on the work order, in front of the service advisor before signing, when I bring my S/C'd CL-S6 in for dealer service.
