Tranny went out at 45,900 miles
I thought I was one of the few lucky ones with a good tranny. But I guess not. At 45, 900 miles, my tranny gave out in the middle of the freeway in LA traffic! What to do now? maybe a new car?

my tranny just went out too (37k mi.), replaced last thursday.
i won't be selling my car any time soon though.

same here .. starting to go @ (53K) and replaced in 3 days n questions asked. Tranny now is smooth, didnt lose power like some of the others have claimed.
Lets hope it lasts this time.
